These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of hamali.ai and the services we offer through it. By loading the site you confirm that you accept these Terms.

2. Service Description

Hamali.AI is an online calculator that:

calculates an estimated price for a move in Bulgaria or the European Union
connects you with a local partner moving company for the selected city

Hamali.AI does not perform the moves directly. The service itself is performed by the partner company for the relevant city.

3. Estimated Price — Nature and Validity

The price shown in the calculator is an estimate based on the data you enter. It:

is not a binding offer
may change if there is a difference between the entered data and actual conditions (access, stairs, non-standard items, exact distance)
is confirmed only after contact with the partner company

The final price is agreed in writing or verbally between you and the partner company before execution.

4. Submitting an Order

When you submit an order through the site:

Your data is forwarded to the relevant partner company for the city
The partner company contacts you to confirm
The moving contract is concluded between you and the partner company, not with Hamali.AI or HAMALIBG OOD (except where the partner company is HAMALIBG OOD itself)

5. User Obligations

By using the site you agree:

to provide true and accurate information
not to use the site for unlawful purposes or in a manner harmful to the site or other users
not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems

6. Limitation of Liability

Hamali.AI and HAMALIBG OOD:

are not liable for the quality of the service performed by a partner company (this is the partner's responsibility)
are not liable for differences between the estimated price and the final price agreed with the partner
do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site — technical outages are possible
are not liable for damages arising from inaccurate information provided by the user

7. Personal Data Protection

Personal data processing is carried out under the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of the site (text, images, logo, design, source code) is protected by copyright and belongs to HAMALIBG OOD. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted.

9. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law and applicable EU law, including consumer protection rules.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation where possible. Where out-of-court resolution is not possible, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts, subject to the mandatory rules of EU consumer law.
